Growing up in the rustic landscapes of Ceredigion, close to the ocean, Chef Flo Corrall always had a connection to the sea. Her culinary journey took her around the world aboard luxury superyachts, where she catered to the elite with exquisite dining experiences. After a decade in the industry, her unparalleled skills made her a sought-after name among the affluent. Now anchored in the heart of West Wales Chef Flo is ready to bring the worlds flavours and the best of Welsh ingredients to your dish.
Chef Flo has honed her skills under the mentorship of some of the world's top private chefs, absorbing their vast expertise. Building on her foundational training from London's culinary schooling, she has enriched her range with global experiences, diving deep into international cuisine and working with some of the most exquisite ingredients the world has to offer.
